Introduction
I work a lot. In fact, I work all the time. So this August, I'm going to discuss my work. Something I don't do a lot of, because I'll rather do it, than talk about it. Part of why I'm choosing to do this is because I get a lot of questions about my journey, and get mixed reactions about my process. I didn't plan the process, it came to be based on successes and challenges I have had building a business from scratch in a Ghana, a developing country with complexities in human resource, finance, transportation, import/export duty, taxes, certifications and regulations etc. Every day is different and your successes today can become failures tomorrow depending on whom you meet. It's all a matter of time.
